Goldman Sachs Summer Intern Infographic
Goldman Sachs summer interns are current college and graduate school students who worked across Goldman Sachs' global regions, including the Americas, Asia Pacific, Europe, Middle East, Africa and India. In 2016, Goldman Sachs surveyed their student interns to gain insight on who they are and what they care about. We were given the raw survey data, and were tasked with crafting an engaging visual story out of it.
This wave of summer interns are not Millennials—they are a completely different generation (Gen Z). And they have distinctly different views on topics than their Millennial counterparts. Additionally, the interns' views are not indicative of all Gen Z; instead they are a subset of this group.
The Goldman Sachs student interns are on the cusp of entering the workforce, and we wanted to show who they are and what they care about so employers could get a better idea of their potential new hires. Specifically, we underscored their views on media usage, lifestyle and outlook for the future.
