ACUVUE Brand Contact Lenses is a prescription product. So in order to get their product to the consumer, ACUVUE must build trust and motivate eye care professionals (ECPs) to prescribe ACUVUE to their patients.
Consumers and ECPs are two different groups with different needs and motivations. Consumers may appreciate the lifestyle element of contacts, but ECPs have their own criteria for choosing ACUVUE.
We overhauled the ACUVUE Professional digital experience, to create trust-building moments at every turn. From social messaging to UX, we sought to make the experience friendly, efficient and relevant to ECPs and their unique perspective.
ECP Testimonial Videos
ACUVUE has a presence at several optometry conferences each year. We used these conferences as an opportunity to gather content that we would later use on social and digital to build brand love and efficacy.
